We accept the following payment methods:

WeatherData does not store any credit card information. All purchases are processed using Windcave secure processing. - Bank deposit

When your deposit is completed, please email sales@weatherdata.co.nz and advise the reference number in your bank deposit so we can associate it with the appropriate sale.
Pricing:
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We are unable to process transactions in other currencies.
Our prices on the web-site can be viewed both including and excluding GST. Please ensure you have the appropriate prices displayed using the ‘include’ and ‘exclude’ buttons at the top right of all web-pages.
Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping of all goods within New Zealand is free. Please provide an address for courier delivery. Freight on overseas shipments will be calculated on an individual basis – please contact us via email for a quote.
Most items will be shipped the same, or next business day. If we are unable to supply the item ex-stock, we will contact you with expected delivery times based on our best estimate of product availability.
Please contact us if you are purchasing, or expecting to purchase, bulk quantities so we can provide accurate delivery expectations.
Returns & Refunds:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must be in the original packaging with all associated manuals.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as per your original method of payment.
Please contact weatherdata before returning items so we can notify you of the correct shipping details and any other requirements.
Warranty:
All products are covered by a 12 month “return-to’base” warranty against manufacturing defects. During the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product free of charge. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

We respect your privacy while using our web site and in conducting business with us.

All transactions are carried out using the services of Direct Payment Solution (DPS) who use a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, including includes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for the transmission of sensitive information.You can view their Privacy Policy here. No credit card information is stored by weatherdata.
Personal information:
Weatherdata maintains customer records such as names, addresses, contact information and purchase history. We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Information will only be used to facilitate transactions, maintain warranties, help improve our services, and communicate with you. We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Aggregated web data:
Some data about the web behaviour of users are collected as you browse our site. This may include information such as the site (URL) you came from, geographic location, your browser, IP address or similar. This information is not connected to your personal information and will only be used internally for the purposes of improving our web site and services.
