Description

This interface, when used with a ModBus or BACnet gateway and a Weather Envoy, allows you to integrate your data from your Davis sensor suite into your own PLC/SCADA system.

• This is sold on its own as a replacement part
• If you want to input your data into your operating system via a ModBus or BACnet interface, you require three separate items which we sell as a bundle…
• …for use with cabled Davis sensor suites, you require the cabled Serial Interface bundle
• …and for wireless Davis sensor suites, you require the wireless Serial Interface bundle

• Serial cable with connector (2.4m)
• Blue Serial Port 9-pin Adaptor
• Loop-back Connector (used to determine which serial ports are available for use and for troubleshooting communication)

• 6316NZ wireless Davis Instruments Weather Envoy
• 6316C cabled Davis Instruments Weather Envoy
• The legacy Davis Instruments consoles: the Vantage Pro 2 Console or the Vantage Vue console (discontinued but still out there)

Not compatible with:

• 6313 WeatherLink Console
• 6100 WeatherLink Live
• Davis EnviroMonitor systems
